Blending Gonzalez’s melodic classical foundation and Latin jazz influences\, Gammon’s steady\, inventive basslines\, and Kadoura’s lyrical\, JUNO-nominated rhythmwork\, the ensemble delivers a dynamic\, instrumental sound that is as emotionally resonant as it is technically thrilling. \nAlexander Gonzalez (Piano & Composition): A Venezuelan-born\, Canadian-raised pianist with a classical Royal Conservatory background and a Jazz Performance/Philosophy degree from the University of Calgary. An active performer in Calgary and Edmonton\, he leads his own trio/quartet and has shared the stage with top-tier talent in traditional and Latin jazz settings. \nSanah Kadoura (Drums & Composition): A JUNO-nominated\, Lebanese-Canadian drummer\, producer\, and educator who honed her craft during a decade in NYC. Featured in DownBeat’s Best Albums of 2023 for her sophomore record Duality\, she is renowned for blending modern jazz\, neo-soul\, and Middle Eastern influences with deeply lyrical\, expressive drumming. \nJeff Gammon (Bass & Composition): An award-winning Canadian bassist and Capilano University alumnus based in Calgary.
