1. Event Bookings (Tickets)

• Cancellations: For ticketed events, cancellations made no later than 2 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• No-Show Policy: Payments for missed events without prior notice are non-refundable.

2. Private Bookings & Functions

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all private bookings.

• Cancellations no later than 4 weeks prior to the event are subject to 50% refund of the total event booking fees, if paid in full.

• The full balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

The above Refund and Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of our full Terms of Service. By making a reservation, attending, booking a private event, or using any of Heliopolis’  services you acknowledge and agree to abide by all applicable terms and conditions
